Shadday Cooper

Community Health Worker

As a local native, Shadday Cooper is excited to offer support in and around her personal community. She enjoys connecting pregnant and postpartum mothers to vital resources as a Pathways Community Health Worker and is excited to bring wrap-around services to her close neighbors in Taylor ISD and Eastern Williamson County. Shadday has a love for helping others and relevant life experiences that put her in a prime position to support and navigate resources for families in need. Additionally, she provides doula services for expectant mothers in the Pathways program, equipping them with healthy techniques so they can have a safe, healthy, and calm pregnancy and delivery.

Shadday lives in Bartlett with her husband. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with family or volunteering in her community.

About Pathways

COMMUNITY HUB SERVICES FOR NEW FAMILIES

In the Pathways program, our Community Health Workers look at everything a family needs to stay healthy, including access to housing, healthy food, medical care, health insurance, safety, transportation, education, employment, and other services. We provide home and community-based services based on individual needs and work alongside family members to help lower health risks and see positive results.
