Tara is a compassionate and empowering therapist who works with individuals of all ages. With an integrative approach, Tara uses techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor her work to meet each client’s individual needs while fostering a supportive, collaborative relationship.
Tara is passionate about helping her clients navigate life’s challenges. She focuses on building self-awareness, empowering her clients to understand themselves more deeply and guiding them to live with purpose and presence in a safe, non-judgmental space. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients as they develop the skills and insight needed to make positive changes in their lives, cultivating resilience, mindfulness, and long-term well-being.
Tara has 20 years of teaching experience which provide her with deep insight into neurodiverse brains. Her dual expertise in education and therapy allow her to combine multiple strategies and a strength-based approach and enable her to create a trusting environment where individuals feel heard and understood.
