988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. This new, shorter phone number will make it easier for people to remember and access mental health crisis services. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.

In the event of a mental health emergency call the dispatch number listed above and a member of the MOT team will come to your area to provide a face-to-face behavioral health crisis assessment.  MOT operates from 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday. This service is free to any person with a mental health emergency in the Williamson County area.

In the event of a mental health emergency outside of the 8am-8pm operating hours of MOT – you can call the crisis hotline # listed above and request a face-to-face behavioral health crisis assessment.  BTCS operates from 8pm-8am Monday-Saturday and all day on Sunday.
