Kathryn Russell is a dedicated and compassionate counselor committed to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in navigating life’s challenges. She provides individual and couples counseling, creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships with confidence and trust.
Kathryn brings valuable experience in mental health counseling, along with a strong background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she worked closely with children on the autism spectrum. This experience has equipped her with practical skills in behavior intervention, emotional regulation strategies, and individualized support, allowing her to meet each client’s unique needs with patience and understanding.
Her approach is client-centered, empathetic, and goal-oriented. Kathryn is passionate about helping young individuals build resilience, improve communication, and develop healthy coping strategies, while also guiding couples toward stronger, more meaningful connections.
She is dedicated to fostering growth, healing, and positive change in every client she works with.
