Nicole K. Bell is Co‑owner of Full Humanity Consulting and a learning and development leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing equity and liberatory practice.

A certified mediator, success coach, and Healing & Restoration Circle practitioner trained by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, she is committed to community healing and transformative justice. Nicole is a Courageous Conversations about Race Affiliate Practitioner, a Leadership Women and Leadership Austin alum, and the 2023 DivInc People’s Choice Equity Champion of Change.

Mother of two fierce young women, ages 15 and 27, she spends her proudest moments eating ice cream and doing TikToks with them.

Rebecca Loomis is a graphic designer, artist, photographer, and author of the dystopian fiction series A Whitewashed Tomb. Rebecca founded her design company, Fabelle Creative, to make it easy for small businesses to get the design solutions they need to tell their story. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, social dancing, and acroyoga.
