Iiona Virgin is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about supporting youth and adults on their journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. Iiona earned her Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Leadership and an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Her diverse educational and professional background allows her to provide compassionate, developmentally informed care to individuals 13-99 years of age.

Iiona’s professional experience spans clinical social work, community outreach, and trauma-informed mental health care. She has provided direct therapeutic support to women, children, and families through her work with YWCA Greater Austin and has supported vulnerable populations through Caritas of Austin’s Rapid Rehousing Program. In addition to direct client care, she has facilitated workshops, trainings, and presentations designed to increase mental health awareness, promote emotional wellness, and empower communities through education and advocacy.

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, with specialized training in somatic experiencing. Iiona is committed to creating a supportive, affirming space where youth and adults feel empowered to process life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
